Can labels be overlooked once product notification is complete?
The notification, ingredients, labels and promotional claims need to be consistent. A notification number does not mean that every claimed effect has been endorsed. Packaging from another country should not simply be reused without checking Thai requirements.
What information is needed for label review?
Prepare the complete formula, product name and use, all packaging panels, manufacturer and importer details and proposed online and offline promotions. Review label fields, warnings, language and small-packaging arrangements individually against the product and applicable rules.
